An insider is telling Bloody Disgusting that Warner Bros. Pictures is prepping a few new weeks of shooting for their comic book adaptation of Jonah Hex, which is slated for release on June 18, 2010. Jimmy Hayward , who directed the DC comics adaptation, is getting back behind the camera with Francis Lawrence – the man behind I Am Legend and Constantine – consulting. This has been confirmed. Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Megan Fox, Will Arnett and Michael Shannon all star. Hex (played by Brolin), known for having the right side of his face disfigured and wearing a Confederate army uniform, was a rough-and-tumble gunslinger and part-time bounty hunter whose adventures always ended in blood.

She has been nicknamed ‘Mega Fox’ (shortly after ‘that scene’ from Transformers) and is one of the most photographed women in the world.

Back before the Millennium bug never happened, the dotcom bubble was at its fullest and SEO was a ‘buzzword’ that nobody understood, it was the princess of pop ‘Britney Spears’ who dominated the search waves online. Megan Fox may want to secure her digital privacy, with the TRANSFORMER’s hottie supposedly becoming the victim of an internet hacker leaking scandalous naked photographs. But while outraged fans of the actress took to the internet to blog their disgust, digital imaging experts around the globe came to the starlet’s untimely defense, claiming the photographs could just be ‘great photoshop.’

The 23-year-old lad’s mag favorite faced the possibly false reports yesterday that an unidentified internet hacker had uploaded her private photographs after suppoesdly gaining access to her personal laptop computer. The photos depicted Fox in various settings and positions, some appearing to be personally shot with a camera phone while others appeared professionally shot.

The actress has not yet commented on the latest news, but has previously claimed she would never consider nudity in a film role because of her own insecurities.

Rihanna has a crush on Megan Fox, and would love to film a lesbian scene with the ‘Transformers’ actress.

The singer was asked if she would ever consider taking on movie work in the future, to which she replied: “Hopefully – we are working on that idea right now.”

As for what kind of storylines and roles the ‘Russian Roulette’ star would take on, Rihanna revealed: “I’d love to be an assassin. Either that or a lesbian.

“Maybe both! Hey, a gay assassin, there’s nothing hotter than that.” Ri joked. “Megan Fox would play my girlfriend – hands down. She’s yummy. She’s hot.

“All humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl.”

The NY Times ran two very different stories about two very different young actresses – Megan Fox and Kristen Stewart – who both appear in huge franchises, Fox in Transformers and Stewart in Twilight. Both women had cover pieces, Stewart in the Arts & Leisure section and Fox in the Magazine.

Both these women are big tabloid fodder. Their faces are everywhere but there are a lot of differences between these women and I think it illuminates some of the issues facing young women in the business today.

Stewart started her career as an actress before she became tabloid fare. She first appeared opposite Jodie Foster in Panic Room when she was 11. She has been acting ever since. Most of the films she appeared in before Twilight were smaller, indie pics and she is still making indie films even in the wake of her being in one of the biggest movies of the year.

Fox started her career as a sex symbol wearing those tight short shorts as the pretty girlfriend running from peril in Transformers. Those big commercial movies (especially ones by Michael Bay) are notoriously horrible to women. They have very few lines and are just window dressing. Think of Liv Tyler in Armageddon and Kate Beckinsale in Pearl Harbor and you get my drift. That’s how she entered our world, that’s how we relate to her. But as Lynn Hirschberg writes in her profile, Fox and her team are trying to create a legitimate career for her beyond Transformers and that includes figuring out how to get girls to like her which is a really, really big problem.

The first and most critical function of a movie poster is, of course, to sell the movie. But selling the movie and subtly giving audiences clues as to what happens in it are two different things.

A poster designer could, for example, make use of a blood-red background and have the stars’ names over the word “in” over the name of the film, with all the traditional details in their traditional spot at the bottom. But unless a total lack of ideas were the game, why would you do that? It’s better to dream up an image — or a montage — connecting audiences to the action of the film.

It turns out that 2009 was an above-average year for movie posters; choosing the top 10 seems like a crime. Still, here are 10 we think were the best of 2009.

3. ‘Jennifer’s Body’
Writer-director Diablo Cody may be keepin’ on keepin’ on in the name of girl power, but let’s be totally blunt: this was Megan Fox’s year, and this ‘Jennifer’s Body’ teaser was a surefire way to pump up moviegoers’ testosterone. The post-opening poster, picturing Fox looking like the devilish innocent she plays, was steamy — but not nearly as mouth-droppingly good.

Hot Megan Fox says her brunette features and tattoos don’t make her a comparison to Angelina Jolie. And Angelina Jolie’s dad Jon Voight agrees.

According to Bang Showbiz, Jolie’s father Voight was asked if he felt Megan Fox was as good as his daughter.

“I don’t think she is, no. She’s one of our finest actresses. She’s gotten to that point in her career,” he says of his 34-year-old actress daughter.

“Megan is just starting out, but she has a lot of potential,” Voight said. But if Megan Fox is the media’s “next” Angelina Jolie, who is the next Megan Fox?

The two also differ in their diet regimes. While Angelina prefers to Eat Clean by following Oxygen magazine’s Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Diet, actress Megan Fox has said she relies on “not eating much” and using apple cider vinegar to stay lean.

“It’s just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely,” Megan Fox said in a past media interview. “It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight, from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast.”

Let’s face it, every year there’s only a handful of movies that everyone who dares call himself a fanboy is dying to see. 2010 is no exception, with titles like “Iron Man 2″, “Prince of Persia”, and “Jonah Hex” on the slate, to name just three. Here is our extremely early preview of the 10 movies you should be keeping an eye on and we’ll be following very closely ahead of their Summer 2010 launch. Some are more fanboyish than others, but they’re all definitely intriguing.

9. Jonah Hex (June 18)
Serious actor guy Josh Brolin slips on the comic book movie boots for an old fashioned Wild West showdown — complete with a trampy Megan Fox and a villainous John Malkovich in the sidecar. Tell me you ain’t tempted and I’m calling you a liar. The film hit a bump or two on its road to being realized, but one thing’s for sure — it’s going to prove Josh Brolin’s bankability as a movie star. He’s either a very good actor, period, or he’s a good actor who also happens to be a movie star. “Jonah Hex” will tell the tale. And besides, how long has it been since we’ve been treated to a good ol fashion Western shoot’em up with a Hollywood budget? Throw in some supernatural curve balls and the film’s comic book roots, and like the leading man’s face, there won’t be a whole lot of “typical” in this one, folks.
