 Megan Fox is an American actress who was born on May 16, 1986 in Rockwood, Tennessee. She grew up in a strict household maintained by her mother and stepfather. She started her acting career in 2001 with several small television roles. Her movie career begun in 2004 with Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen where she appeared together with Lindsay Lohan. Later followed some very successful movies like Transformers in 2007, or her horror comedy Jennifer's Body in 2009. We’re just clearing up a rumour that has started on the web claiming Megan Fox was up for the lead role to star in the Red Sonja reboot replacing Rose McGowan.
“According to our insider source, The Hollywood Cog. The broader truth, it seems, is that the previous incarnation of the Red Sonja remake has been scrapped, as some have already speculated. Rose McGowan is off. In fact, it seems that director, Douglas Aarniokoski, is also off the project, and Millineum Films is searching for another writer, someone to take another pass at David N. White’s script. But the project is far from dead.
The potentially bigger news, here, however, is that not only is Rose McGowan out, but right now, there’s an offer out to another actress to take the role. That actress? Megan Fox”
Megan Fox can’t play Red Sonja for one thing: Rose McGowan is contracted to do it and even said recently that she is still attached to Red Sonja. Plus with Rose’s relashionship with the producers of Red Sonja and Conan it seems very unlikley that they would replace her namley of fear of getting sued.
